1. Data Controller

Manic Trade Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Panama ("Manic Trade," "we," "us," or "our"), is the data controller responsible for the personal data processed through the Manic.Trade platform and website (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Geographic Scope

Manic Trade Inc. does not direct its services to residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or other blocked jurisdictions identified in our Terms of Service. If you access this website from a blocked jurisdiction, we do not knowingly collect or process your personal data beyond what is necessary for access restriction and security purposes.

3. Data We Collect

3.1 Off-Chain Data Collected

  • (a) IP address and coarse geolocation (used for access restriction and security);
  • (b) device, operating system, and browser information;
  • (c) referrer URL, session logs, and crash reports;
  • (d) analytics identifiers from third-party providers (Google Analytics, PostHog);
  • (e) wallet connection metadata (wallet provider, connector used, chain selected);
  • (f) contact information provided through support tickets or newsletters;
  • (g) social media account identifiers (e.g., X/Twitter handle) if voluntarily linked for promotional participation; and
  • (h) API keys and agent activity logs if you use the Platform's Agent/API interface.

3.2 Off-Chain Data NOT Collected

Manic Trade does not collect:

  • (a) government-issued identification or Know Your Customer (KYC) verification data;
  • (b) on-ramp or off-ramp identity or payment data; or
  • (c) fiat currency payment information (Manic Trade does not process fiat transactions).

3.3 On-Chain Data

The Platform processes publicly available blockchain information, including wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token balances, trading positions, and settlement records. On-chain data is inherently public and immutable; Manic Trade does not control or have the ability to delete on-chain data.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the data collected for the following purposes:

  • (a) operating, maintaining, and delivering the Platform;
  • (b) security, fraud detection, sanctions screening, and abuse prevention;
  • (c) analytics and performance measurement;
  • (d) improving user experience and Platform functionality;
  • (e) marketing and promotional communications (where legally permitted and with your consent);
  • (f) responding to customer support inquiries;
  • (g) compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes; and
  • (h) research and aggregated statistical reporting.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Manic Trade does not use or access browser cookies for its own purposes. Third-party analytics providers integrated into the Platform (such as Google Analytics and PostHog) may store identifiers under their own policies. You may withdraw analytics consent through your browser settings or by contacting support@manic.trade.

6. Data Sharing

6.1 Sub-Processors

We share data with the following categories of service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • (a) Hosting and content delivery: AWS, Cloudflare;
  • (b) Analytics: Google Analytics / GA4, PostHog;
  • (c) RPC providers: Helius; and
  • (d) Wallet infrastructure: Turnkey.

6.2 Independent Controllers

Certain third-party services accessed through or in connection with the Platform operate as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies, including blockchain explorers, cross-chain bridges, price oracles, and wallet providers.

6.3 Legal Disclosures

We may disclose your data when required to do so by applicable law, subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or governmental investigation, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Manic Trade, its users, or the public.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for the following periods:

  • (a) Session and usage logs: thirty (30) days;
  • (b) Analytics data: twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) months;
  • (c) Support interactions: twelve (12) months;
  • (d) API activity logs: ninety (90) days; and
  • (e) On-chain data: permanent (due to the immutable nature of blockchain).

We may retain data for longer periods where required by applicable law or as necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

8. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including TLS encryption in transit, secure cloud infrastructure, role-based access controls, smart contract security audits, and a vulnerability disclosure channel at support@manic.trade. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

9. Automated Decision-Making

We use automated systems for the following purposes:

  • (a) Geo-blocking: IP address and geolocation data are used to restrict access from blocked jurisdictions. If flagged, your access to the Platform will be denied.
  • (b) Sanctions and fraud screening: Wallet addresses and transaction patterns are checked against publicly available sanctions lists and internal risk indicators. A positive match may result in immediate account suspension.
  • (c) Risk scoring: On-chain transaction history and behavioral signals may be used to assign a risk score that affects your access to certain Platform features.

You may request human review of any automated decision by contacting support@manic.trade. We will review your request and respond within fourteen (14) business days.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • (a) access to your personal data;
  • (b) correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • (c) deletion of your personal data (subject to limitations for on-chain data and legal obligations);
  • (d) data portability;
  • (e) restriction of processing;
  • (f) objection to processing for marketing or analytics purposes; and
  • (g) appeal of any automated decision.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact support@manic.trade. We will respond within thirty (30) days of receiving your request.

11. Social Media Data

If you link a social media account (such as X/Twitter) to the Platform for promotional participation, we collect your public social media handle and verify the completion of specified social tasks (e.g., following an account). We do not access your social media direct messages, post on your behalf without your explicit action, or collect data from your social media contacts. You may unlink your social media account at any time by contacting support@manic.trade.

12. Wallets, RPC Providers, and On-Chain Interactions

  • (a) RPC Providers: May collect your IP address, wallet address, and network metadata.
  • (b) Wallet Providers: Turnkey may collect email (if linked), session logs, and error logs under its own privacy policy.
  • (c) Bridges and Relayers: Operate as independent controllers collecting technical and transaction data.

13. Payments and On/Off-Ramp Providers

Manic Trade does not process fiat transactions and does not store or access any related payment or identity data. Such data is handled entirely by third-party on-/off-ramp providers under their own policies.

14. International Data Transfers

Manic Trade Inc. is incorporated in the Republic of Panama. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions through our infrastructure providers (including AWS and Cloudflare). These transfers are necessary for the performance of our services. We rely on contractual safeguards with our sub-processors to ensure an adequate level of data protection in each receiving jurisdiction.

15. Children's Data

The Platform is not directed toward children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of eighteen (18) or the minimum age required by applicable law. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to delete such data promptly.

16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may contact us at support@manic.trade. We will respond within thirty (30) days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms of Service.

17. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms of Service.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on the Platform with a revised effective date, displaying an in-app notification, or sending notice to the email address associated with your account (if available). Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
